Customers can pay their monthly DSTV subscriptions at any of the 36 POSB branches nationwide.

Smart card number.
DSTV account number.
Phone number linked to the DSTV account.

2 BILL PAYMENTS

The Bill Payment service allows account holders and non POSB account holders to pay their bills. Airtime purchases, ZESA Prepaid electricity, City of Harare, TelOne and ZINWA bill payments can be made on the digital banking platforms for customers registered on CellBank, ‘On the Go’ App and or Online Banking whilst DSTV payments are processed in branch via Point of Sale (POS) devices.
