POSB is licensed by the Reserve Bank Of Zimbabwe (RBZ) to offer Bureau de Change services under the Authorised Dealers with Limited Authority framework as provided for under Exchange Control (Authorised Dealers with Limited Authority) Order 2015, Statutory Instrument 104 of 2015. This involves the buying and selling of foreign currency, and the service is offered in all POSB branches nationwide. The bank displays the applicable buying and selling rates for the day on digital currency rate boards in all banking halls. The USD is our main currency and if we are exchanging from a USD it is a purchase (i.e. we are buying from the client), if we are exchanging to the USD it’s a sell (i.e. we are selling our USD.)
