Microfinance Officer – Mutare

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above position which has arisen within the Bank’s Microfinance department.
Reporting to the Microfinance Analyst, the incumbent will be responsible for screening and processing loan applications in line with the Bank’s Credit Policy and Lending Procedures and maintain a quality Loan Book.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Processing of loan applications.
- Disbursement of loans.
- Loan portfolio management
- Client relationship management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Business Degree or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in lending environment.
REMUNERATION
The position offers an attractive remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
