We regret to advise that SMS alerts are currently not available for the MasterCard Prepaid Card. This is due to a technical issue that we are working hard to resolve as soon as possible. You can also visit any of our branches or ATMs to access your account information.
To apply for the MasterCard Gold Debit Card, you will need to fill out an application form and provide a copy of your ID, and your account should be funded with at least $5.00 to finance the initial card application fee. To apply for the MasterCard Prepaid Card, you will need to fill out an application form and provide a copy of your ID, current proof of residence and an initial deposit of $10.00, which will also be used to finance the $5.00 card application fee.
You can transfer funds from your USD Nostro account to the MasterCard Prepaid Card by visiting your nearest branch and completing and submitting a transfer form. We are also working on a solution to enable you to make internal transfers using our mobile banking platform in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates.
