The People’s Own Savings Bank of Zimbabwe (POSB) joined the rest of the world in commemorating Customer Service Week, an annual global event dedicated to recognising the importance of customer service and honouring the people who serve and support customers with the highest degree of care and professionalism. Customer Service Week is commemorated during the first full week in October. This year’s Customer Service Week was commemorated from 7th to 11th October 2024. Throughout the week, POSB engaged in various activities aimed at appreciating and rewarding its valued customers. The highlight of the celebration was the awarding of exciting prizes to lucky customers, who walked away with a range of gifts as a token of appreciation for their loyalty and support. POSB executives had the opportunity to visit service centres, interacting with customers and hearing their concerns.
